Why is it that when we are talking to a coach or a leader in our life, we take the message differently? The best coaches, leaders, or mentors have certain characteristics that help individuals achieve the sweet spot or the moment when the true transformation takes place.

• Coaches lean on open-ended questions to help their clients meet their own truth

• When we feel seen, heard, and understood, our brain stops self-protecting and perfecting answers.
• We can access the situation and come up with the self-governance and solutions that ring true to us.
• That is the moment when true transformation can take place.
