After long nights of talks and walks, we're finally out here to deliver to you guys our creation during the corona era. A new podcast. A bold podcast that will discuss everything Sudanese especially those who lived abroad and can relate to the struggle of being a third culture kid. Well, you might ask yourself, what the hell is third culture kids????. Good question and we are here to answer it. Third culture kids (TCK) or third culture individuals (TCI) are people who were raised in a culture other than their parents' or the culture of their country of nationality, and also live in a different environment during a significant part of their child development years. A phenomenal that is common among Sudan's society especially after the great migration from Khartoum to the world in the 70s, 80s and 90s. My guest on this episode is my dear friend Moe Shadi, who is a senior games developer and an expert bass guitarist. I enjoyed recording this episode with him and I hope yall would too. Don't forget to catch up with me on my Instagram if you have any feedback or comments regarding this podcast @Aymanelnour . I'd love to hear what do you guys make of our conversation and hopefully it benefits you in one way or the other. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/sudanic/message…
Sudanic: [ soo- dan -ik ] - an interesting term we found on google that inspired the naming of this podcast. The Sudanic empires of Western & Eastern Africa were a group of powerful states that developed south of the SAHARA DESERT between the A.D 700s and 1500s. The most prominent of these states were GHANA , MALI , and Songhai from the west. From the east, the most dominant states were Egypt , Sudan , South Sudan , Eritrea , Ethiopia , Kenya , Tanzania , Uganda , Congo (DRC) . --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/sudanic/message…
