This. This is the model of how every school should be behaving over the next year as they get their esports programs in order. They will find their faculty member(s), facility, sponsors, community, student leaders and create something significant in a short time. There's still plenty of room for flavors of programs and clubs, but that will be driven by the community of students. Any college not attempting to even gauge the interest of their students has failed to stay relevant and will be missing out on a tremendous branding opportunity and recruiting tool.
