In this Morning Thoughts episode, I reflect on our last TMT episode and how leadership plays a role in a company. Building upon my personal experience in work, as well as my conversations with many entrepreneurs and board members, everyone seems to agree that leadership and culture are vital to the success of an organization. This is one of the first checkmarks that I look for when deciding whether or not I would like to invest more time into researching a company.
