They are pursuing a doctorate in criminal justice, working as an undergraduate teaching assistant and municipal data manager, and planning a wedding! Spence discusses their journey of embracing their queer and non-binary identity, including changes in physical presentation and style. Through exploring their style and clothing choices, Spence reflects on childhood restrictions and societal expectations, highlighting the comfort and authenticity found in embracing their true self.
