The book of Daniel stands out as the Revelation of the Old Testament. Most people recognize the book of Revelation to be a book of prophecy, but not as many recognize Daniel to be a book that's so very similar, but it is.
Daniel is also a great book in that it not only gives us some prophecy, but sprinkled in between are some historical, and practical things, that kind of spice it all up.
Daniel stands out as one of the real men of God in history, and some of the reasons for that, and the foundations for that, are laid down for us in the very first chapter of Daniel.
