I don’t know about you, but I can’t even begin to count the times a coach has told me, “Lexi, in order to be successful, you need to be more consistent.” WOOF.

As a multipassionate person who not only appreciates, but THRIVES on following my own rhythms, cycles, and seasons, consistency felt like a trap—confining me to fit inside a limiting box and not taking my human-ness and unique magic into account.

While I’ve tried my hand at “consistency” and it’s been helpful in some ways, ultimately, I think it’s complete and utter bullshit for most people.

I’d even go as far as saying that consistency could be SABOTAGING your success instead of supporting it.
