In a fantastic roundtable-style discussion with Mike and Hunter, I ask them to reflect on their most recent jobs and what their journey taught them. In the high turnover field of strength and conditioning/sports performance, I ask and they answer some very real questions we all face.

Mike and Hunter met coaching at UC Davis, Mike went private to TCBoost Sports Performance, Hunter went professional to the Sacramento Kings, and now they're back in college at Illinois State and Arizona State, respectively.

An honest and candid conversation with some great coaches and better friends, I hope you enjoy.

-5:59 Why did you want to switch from each of your previous jobs to the next one?

-28:49 What was one thing when switching jobs that was a positive challenge (fulfilling) and one that was a negative challenge?

-41:40 What was the biggest lesson learned from each of your previous spots?

-57:39 Why did destiny kept you at each previous job as long as it did, despite maybe wanting to leave earlier?

Previous episodes: Mike on #133 and #137 (guest-interviewed me), Hunter on #146
