Despite many organisations mandating return to office in one way or another - there is still and always will be a big portion of work being done with hybrid and dispersed teams. Although many relationship and connectivity techniques are applicable both in person and online, it's time we considered how we can hone our online skills to ensure everyone is feeling connected and engaged across the organsation.
