A favorite trick of the fake news and the radical left is the Facile Argument. Repetition is another. When the fake news can repeat a misleading statistic millions of times the truth doesn't stand a chance. This meaningless statement, that more Americans have died from firearm violence than in all her wars has gone around the world, coming to rest at the United Nations, which inadvertently proves just how misleading it is.
Because ultimately - perhaps sadly - having more crime deaths than war deaths can be interpreted as a good thing, or at least better than the alternative reality of other nations.
