The 1952 Dallas Texans lasted only one season but were the first NFL team based in Dallas. They are often confused with Lamar Hunt’s Dallas Texans which later became the Kansas City Chiefs. Author Mike Cobern tells the story of the 1952 Texans, a forgotten team unknown to most football fans.
