It's Monday, June 15, 2015 and today is Magna Carta Day. Many events taking place this day commemorate the anniversary of the signing of the famous document known and used for protecting the rights of the individual citizen from arbitrary and tyrannical laws. The Magna Carta recognized that a king, or any other political leader, does not have absolute power over the people. This is the 800th birthday of the Magna Carta. Enjoy it. It·s unlikely you·ll be here for the 900th.
