This year’s theme for the National Senior Health & Fitness Day is "If You Keep Moving…You’ll Keep Improving!" 100,000 older adults will participate on the 22nd annual event of this celebration. This holiday is the nation's largest annual health event for older adults. But no matter our age, we should get fit now, so we don’t become the nation’s largest adults.
