Technical issues prevented us from interviewing our scheduled guest so, being resourceful Odd Fellows, we called an audible at the line of scrimmage and decided to talk about our mentors in Odd Fellowship. Mentorship is an important part of any organization, and especially so in our Order. There's much to do as an Odd Fellow and it can take years to get everything down. Each of us has had some very special members who have provided wisdom and guidance over the years and this is our opportunity to share our appreciation. Mike demands the correct answer to the trivia question from the Second Anniversary episode and the shoutout goes to yet *another* new lodge, Bradshaw #469 in West Virginia. In the Odd Podge, Toby tells the story of how a couple of his articles at The Heart In Hand Blog may have attracted a new member for Washington, Ainslie serves up the details about his most recent basic cable TV appearance showcasing Odd Fellowship, and Mike shares his visit to Point Pleasant Lodge #33 in West Virginia and offers up some suggestions for how the lodge can capitalize on the town's most famous resident, Mothman.
