In this episode, I'm talking with Cathy Nesbitt who has a number of strings to her bow, including worm farmer, mung bean sprout advocate and laughter yoga practitioner.

Cathy spent much of her corporate life working as a secretary for a number of different companies and came to realise that, if you don't like what you're doing – move. Serendipity stepped in and a combination of a bizarre request from a teacher friend and an advert for a business development course opened up a whole can of worms – pun deliberately intended.

In our interview we cover a whole range of things including:

- the amazing environmental benefits of keeping worms;

- how to recover from traumatic experiences; and

- navigating life as an 'over-sensitive' person.

Throughout it all is a love of life and the benefits of having a dose of laughter alongside everything you do.
