In recent times many men have been overwhelmed and pressured by the societal demands which has made them to conform to what they know was against their wish and core values.
In this episode, Itofa shared his story about how he was able to start his non-profit organisation at a younger age snd not conform to the pressure and sterotypes that was prevalent at that time. He also discussed how he was resilient and determined in the face of hardship and criticism.
Itofa Ivarah is a development consultant, and a founder of two Nonprofits in Nigeria; Church on The Street & My9ja FoodBank.
His work involves designing community-led interventions to tackle food insecurity, & increasing Access to immersive education for vulnerable children in Nigeria.
Through his advocacy, Itofa has raised over $16,000 in funding to design sustainable solutions in education & food security.
He is a TEDx speaker, & a 2023 Chevening Scholar pursuing a Masters in International Development & Management at the University of Bradford, England.
