In this week's episode of The Transformational Leader by Adam Quiney, we will talk about the interaction of ontology and other models. It is the ontological layer and how it interacts with various models.
Once you work with people ontologically, it's not so much about a model as it is about cultivating in ourselves, the ability to deeply feel, see, listen, and speak to someone who is being below what they are doing.
Most models are about a particular approach to speaking or a lens on how it is being done. The ontological layer interacts with these modalities so that we can have a deeper understanding of how these all play out.
