According to Wikipedia, procurement is “the process of finding and agreeing to terms, and acquiring goods, services, or works from an external source, often via a tendering or competitive bidding process. Procurement generally involves making buying decisions under conditions of scarcity.” Is that how the BC government and our ministry see it? Today we find out!

Host Russel Lolacher sits down with Executive Director for Procurement, Contracts and Risk Management Vicki Willow and Director of Corporate Procurement and Risk Management Jenny Pleice to discuss the different levels procurement, risk managing it all and what happens if things don’t go according to plan.
