Located in front of the historic and eye-catching Niagara Mohawk Building, Talking Cursive Brewing Company is a woman and veteran-owned brewery. As such, the owners and staff are very involved in the community, helping charities whenever possible. Also, they value innovation and diversity in the beers and food they produce. In this interview, co-owner Andrew Brooks talks about using local ingredients and special beers for the New York State Craft Brewers Festival.
