Brian Brashier, Director of Broadcast Productions, for the Chickasaw Nation in Ada Oklahoma talks with host Michelle Bouschor about what it’s like to run multiple community radio stations in Southwest Oklahoma. One of the most unique aspects of the station setup is their use of multiple networking technologies to connect the stations to transmitters instead of using the traditional radio frequency link. From community news, to important weather related updates and warnings, to a diversified array of music, Chickasaw’s radio stations are making an impact in their community.
