Welcome to the forty fifth episode of The Triboro Podcast! In today's episode, we talk about our thoughts on the new Home Run Derby format, along with first half reviews of the Yankees and Mets. In the Bronx, we talk about how the lack of depth in the Yankees order has hurt their lineup, as well as the lack of strikeout guys in the bullpen. In Queens, we talk about what the Mets plan should be at the trade deadline, and how if some guys made small adjustments, they could turn their seasons around.
