We are back with Episode 7 of The TSV Podcast...one that I never hoped I would have to record. Kawhi is officially gone, no longer to be a Toronto Raptor. Instead, he goes back home to play for the Clippers and team up with Paul George. In this solo edition of the podcast, I discuss the following:
- Recap the history of Kawhi as a Raptor, from the day of the trade to the day of his departure, and everything in between.
- What Kawhi meant (and still means) to the city, country, organization, and basketball as a whole.
- The Clippers: how were they able to pull off the Paul George trade, and the Raptors couldn't? Are they the best team in the NBA? Will I cheer for them?
- The Raptors: Where do they go from here? What is in their future plans? What about this year? Are they still a playoff team? Should they retool or go for another run again?
