Making lifestyle changes can be great, but if they don’t last, you can easily get discouraged and fall back into old habits.

This episode is all about making shifts in your diet that will last. I’m joined by one of my clients, Ashley, to talk about his personal journey with weight loss and the wonderful transformation it has had in all areas of his life.
