This UNCORK conversation is a thoughtful and instructive chat with Facilitator, Musician, Producer and my friend Kris MacQueen. As we explore his almost 30-year journey through 3 very different careers, Kris and I consider this question: How do you uncommodify one world with the lessons you learn in a "seemingly" different world?

If you want to help someone find a new opportunity, help them see what they have "favour" for and encourage them to step into the "favourable" space others give them.
What lessons has Kris learned in the music "world" that can help you "play" better in your organization?
What transferable traits and skills learned in one "world" can be used to stand up and stand out in every "world?"
Which has the power to uncommodify you more; your character or credentials?
At the end of our conversation, Kris shares the most important lesson he has drawn from three decades and three wonderful careers: our "EARNEST HOPEFULNESS" for and in others is what will transform all of us.
