I, Frank LaPlaca, host of The Unofficial Bengals Podcast, have been fortunate to be a Bengal fan since 1976. So I have a fairly unique perspective on the Bengal greats, because I have seen all of them play during their careers. Beyond that, beyond the stats or the highlight reels, I know what each of these players meant to the Bengals while they were playing the game.

So this episode reviewing the Ring of Honor candidates is not a run through stats and stories passed down through the generations. This is the perspective from someone who was there. Now I'm not someone who looks, feels, sounds, or acts my age, but for this topic, age actually is wisdom.

I'm not one to talk about or dwell on the past (I'd rather talk about Burrow and Chase), but I think in this case since the inductions are coming up, it's good for Bengal fans to hear some stories about these greats that they may have only read about.

At the end of the episode, TUBP casts its vote on who should get in this year, and looks ahead to the upcoming years and who should get in and when.

The beautiful Monika and gorgeous Jocelyn emcee, and Evan 'Money' McPherson lends his support to the show.

No one has a grasp on the Bengals all-time greats quite like The Unofficial Bengals Podcast!
