For episode #13, we chat with Gianni Singharaj. With the coming of the Covid-19 pandemic, he like many others lost his source of income. After a sit down with his friend, an idea was born. We talk about the creation of the company, the difficulties of starting, family conflict, working with a partner, and how all these come together to finally creating something that they can confidently call success.

Gianni is an actor, cook, director/producer, and now the Co-Founder and Executive Chef at Tochi. Based out of Portland, Oregon, Gianni was always against tradition. Dropping out of college, he was always on the lookout for what was right for him. With Tochi and a great business partner at his side, he's on his way to success, one step at a time.
