Theodore has built and sold 5 companies over his career and is one of the few people to have ever done so in Sweden. He is the founder of Intelligence Research and Consulting, a consulting company he started just 3 years into his career that was later acquired by Jupiter Communications. After IRC, he founded Paradox Interactive, a leading global developer and publisher of games that was later sold to Splitan. Moreover, he is the founder of Gamersgate, a digital distribution platform, and also the founder of Nordic Native, a transactional platform for e-commerce. He spent the last 5 years deep in AI, heading the Data and Analytics division of Ericsson. He got his bachelor's degree at Stockholm University and recently graduated from Singularity University's famous executive and exponential innovation program.
