As the title implies, we tackle some real topics in this episode. Don't fret, though, faithful listeners. We still attempt to out-crude Kevin Smith, all the while hearing bad Canadian accents, Derek admitting to being an abusive father, Paul's dating advice to a 13 year old, and Paul once again trying to talk about Broadway musicals. Derek also shines in his nuanced review of iOS7, a detailed reminiscence of buying a Gateway computer at the Gateway store, and a beautiful description of a hypothetical conversation between the creators of "The Wizard of Oz" dreaming of the way color phasing will be used in the "Human Centipede" series.
