Collaboration is a vital component of any teacher's success. However, sometimes when we feel like an island, we work as an island. Even though we are virtual teachers, we need to make every effort to collaborate and work together. In my experience, it is the only way for my ideas to go from good to great. Ashley is passionate about collaboration and community. She works hard to maintain professional relationships to keep her instructional practice thriving.
