Today’s episode is about being visible in the workplace. This episode can be very helpful for you if you are new to visibility, but it will also spark some new ideas for those who are familiar with visibility but may have lost focus on it. Being more visible simply requires intentional and consistent actions that people can see. They get to know you and your capabilities in a new way and begin to think about you for opportunities!
