1.147 The flow-on effects of trauma after trauma and how mea culpa helps you heal. Birgitta and Susan

Birgitta Visser went through abuse as a child, lost her dad at the age of 14, and suffered bullying at school, before embarking on a series of toxic relationships. One bit of ‘trauma’ creates another bit of trauma, and like many women, she suffered from vaginismus, having no clue what was wrong with her for many years. Finally, she figured out that life is all about returning to a love of self, and is in fact infinitely easy when you realise that life is an experiment for you to experience. We can get lost in the maze of life, disempowering ourselves as we hang on to everything like our life depends on it. Birgitta manta became mea culpa to understand exactly how she could improve her life. She became the most authentic version of herself and learned to love wholesomely first, rather than trying to find love by leaping into a relationship with another. This is a not-to-be-missed episode that can help you get your life back on track. Listen now!
