Mazin Qumsiyeh on Christmas in Bethlehem 2013
This week Voice of Palestine talks with Mazin Qumsiyeh, a Palestinian author and professor from Beit Sahour, Palestine. Mazin explains what happened during Christmas in Bethlehem this year, the development of Palestinian popular resistance actions in the occupied territories and the current role of the Palestinian Authority.
Our final piece of music is by Jewish American singer David Rovics, Christmas Eve in Bethlehem, and we dedicate it to the Palestinian people yearning to return to their homeland. Next year in a free Palestine and a free Bethlehem!!
