We are off on road trip 60! Episode 60 of The Way-Back Music Machine. Yes, you read right, 60!!! This week, we have tank full of gas, but only one location...New York City!

First off, to the iconic Apollo Theatre for a classic concert and a classic live album. The year is 1963, the Apollo and it is James Brown! The end result is a live album that lives up to the word 'live'.

Staying in New York City, we check in on Billy Preston with his first number one single!

Finally, we witness the recording of an iconic 'protest' song in 1962. Bob Dylan writes it but he denies that it is a protest song. We will explain.

Add chart chat, great conversation and a fun ride. All that and more on Episode 60 of The Way-Back Music Machine!
