Alastair and I have a conversation about Intuition. Exploring what is it and how do we trust our intuition to guide us in our life. I use Intuition and connection a lot in my healing sessions to guide me and we talk about where that has led me. We also discuss how it can seem hard sometimes to hear our own intuition due to the distractions of life, our busy mind or when we are overly emotional.
