In todays podcast I am joined by Alastair and we talk about how hard it can be to ask for help sometimes. To admit we are struggling and we need help. Whether its help with a project or at work or that we are struggling with life we have a habit of not asking for the help and support we need. We also discuss the importance of offering help in a way that others will take you up on the offer. To check on people in your life especially if you feel they are struggling. Understanding that you are never alone and definitely not a burden ever. This is quite an emotive podcast and close to home to many people.
