This is Part Two of the introduction to the second of the seven practices of the Way of the Higher Self, Observe Ourselves with Maximum Honesty and Compassion. The point of this practice is to discover the lower self energy which every single one of us carries in one form or another, and bring it into the light of consciousness so that it can mature and transform.
