This is Part One of the introduction to the fourth of the seven practices of the Way of the Higher Self, Understand Our Life Circumstances as Spiritual Effects. The point of this practice is to understand the ways we might actually bring adversity upon ourselves, even when it seems as though we’re unlucky or life is being arbitrarily cruel.
