When it comes to building your wedding business it’s so key to find what works for you.

Finding the way of working that lights you up, knowing your dream clients, and knowing the direction you want to take can all add up to building a successful business.

My guest today is the brilliant Kate Spicer, who has really nailed down the direction she wants to take for her business and having started out saying yes to every enquiry, she now knows having more time and space means her creativity can flourish and choosing to work with a limited number of couples each year has been a real game-changer.

Of course, this hasn’t happened overnight for Kate, so in today’s episode, she shares her journey to becoming a florist and mentor, and how she found the power in saying no.

If you’re looking to change direction in your business, Kate has some really valuable advice to share, as well as her tips for anyone starting out in the wedding industry.

I hope you enjoy today's episode, come and let me know on Instagram share it with a friend, or if you have 2 minutes please do leave a rating and review on Apple Podcasts.
