At the General Synod in 2024, the ARP voted to dissolve Second Presbytery. Now a number of ministers and congregations have voted to leave the communion alleging the Synod lacks the authority to dissolve a presbytery without due process and without its consent. Seth Yi and Jonathan Cook explain their concerns and why they believe this represents a constitutional crisis.
