With September being Suicide Awareness Month, we are joined by LSU Athletics Assistant Director of Student-Athlete Mental Health Bruce Buggs, II.
Bruce shares his experiences with the LSU Athletic Department and how he has helped student-athletes cope with loss, especially with LSU Men's Basketball after the tragic death and loss of Wayde Sims in September 2018.
Bruce can be followed on Twitter @BJBuggs2.
Buggs also talks with CoHost Greg "Petey" Petersen as he shares his testimony for the first time after the loss of his father, Brett, in 1999. Petey's testimony reminds us all that a simple thought, gesture or kind word can change someone's outlook on their day into a positive.
Anyone needing help can reach out to the SUICIDE PREVENTION HOTLINE at 800.273.8255!
