Lisa Callahan began her career at Lockheed Martin a systems engineer working with the US Navy and fast attack submarines. Her ability to see through problems to solutions, and her willingness to work in a variety of business areas has helped her land several executive leadership roles at Lockheed Martin.

Today's Pioneering Woman is Ada Lovelace. Augusta Ada King, Countess of Lovelace was an English mathematician and writer, chiefly known for her work on Charles Babbage's proposed mechanical general-purpose computer, the Analytical Engine.
