Shannon is Associate Managing Director and the Wellness Coordinator at The Moore Agency, Founder of BadAss Fitness, Regional VP with Arbonne, an 8 on the enneagram, and she has also adopted two sons and 4 rescue dogs. This was my first conversation with Shannon as we were put in contact by Melanie Hicks (of Ep. 44) who went on and on about Shannon's passion and work ethic. I was not let down and I am excited to share this conversation with you here. Turn's out Shannon and I are both 8's on the Enneagram and we had a great time connecting on that commonality that is probably at the heart of so much that she and I have in common.
