Hi Everyone, in today's episode, I will be interviewing Congressman Adam Smith and talking about his new book Lost and Broken.
Congressman Adam Smith has been in the spotlight for more than 26 years, and he will be sharing his experience on chronic pain, depression and anxiety, and how we found help and turned something negative into something positive. Today he is free from pain and depression. He will also share his coping mechanisms, specially in his line of work, and how he found writing a way of helping others.
