Setting and maintaining emotional boundaries. Do you do it?
Learning to set and honour boundaries is important for managing your emotional exhaustion and maintaining healthy relationships.
It’s a skill.
If you feel torn all the time between work & family, you’re probably not setting or honouring your boundaries.
Setting boundaries is self-care.
Setting healthy boundaries from a place of love, is essential.
I would encourage you to listen to this podcast to learn the skill of setting boundaries for yourself. Even if it may feel uncomfortable, it can greatly simplify your life, generate calm & increase connections with others.
