This week on the podcast we are continuing to share our adventures from Japan! In this episode, we're joining you from Tokyo and talking about our travels to Yudanaka and Shibu Onsen in Nagano prefecture where we stayed at a ryokan, enjoyed the onsens, and saw the snow monkeys! We also share a little bit about our time in Kanazawa, including what we did, where we went, and what we've been learning on this trip traveling with a baby. We really loved our time in Yudanaka and Kanazawa and would definitely recommend adding them to your list of awesome places to travel in Japan! Enjoy! In this episode:
  • Visiting the town of Yudanaka and why we decided to go there in the first place
  • Getting outside of the city of Tokyo and spending more time outside
  • The ryokan we stayed at while in Yudanaka and experiencing authentic Japanese food
  • Seeing the snow monkeys for the first time and what we observed
  • The convenience of cheap and tasty food around Yudanaka
  • Our experiences in the beautiful city of Nagano
  • The ease of city to city travel in Japan
  • Our time in Kanazawa and our favorite spots from our visit
