I don't know about you, but I think we could all use some inspiration when it comes to leadership lately. The world feels more divided than ever. Trust is fleeting. People feel burnt out and afraid of the future.

So I had this burning question - how can leaders spark real change starting from within? And who better to help me unpack that than the wonderful Renelle Darr.

Welcome to another episode of the xMonks Drive podcast. I'm your host Gaurav, and today I have the honour of being joined by renowned leadership coach and consultant, Renelle Everett.

Renelle has an incredible 15 years under her belt empowering executives to find purpose and transform organizations.

We got into the grit of why leaders struggle to drive change. How inauthentic cultures sap creativity. Why it’s about “co-creating” with people, not “managing” them?

All of the POWERFUL stuff.
Renelle gave me a lot of hope. That underneath the divisiveness in this world are human beings aching to do good. Who wants to contribute? Who would give their right arm to work with leaders who saw their humanity?

So I’m just wondering – what was the one lesson you’ll take from Renelle and apply in your life? Maybe it’s about getting curious and asking more questions. Finding the courage to be vulnerable. Leading with care and vision instead of fear.

If this discussion resonated with you, don't forget to share it with fellow leaders who need these reminders too. We only try to bring the best for you. Every week. Every Friday. So rate us, follow us and share share share.

And please, I’d love to hear your biggest a-ha’s!!
