I initially read the book, "Raising Resilient Kids" by Rhonda Spencer-Hang, to make sure I'm raising my kids with good habits and as healthy as possible. But then, it got me thinking - could these principles that she discussed work on adults' resiliency too? What drew me in was that she studied centenarians (people who live past 100 years old) and what their lives were like. What if we could all apply those same habits and practices to our lives as well? I had to make an episode about this for you guys, especially since we are all motivated right now because of the New Year! Enjoy the episode!
