2023 is halfway done, which means it's time for our mid-year check-in! For this week's episode, grab a pen and paper because it's time for a self assessment. The five categories that I go over are not only meant to help you see where you can improve, but to help you realize all that you have actually accomplished! As much as I am development and success focused, I've also come to realize how important it is to celebrate your wins - you don't necessarily have to improve on every aspect of your life all the time. I also go over some effective tools that I have on standby and use to help improve and check in with my mental health. I hope this episode helps you make the rest of your 2023 a positive and thriving year!
