The new Grow Torah garden (possibly to be called the "Har Torah Homestead") is taking shape for this spring with plants and animals showing up in the coming months. The Co-Directors of Grow Torah, Yosef Gillers and Sara Just-Michael, join our own Ms. Kletenik and Farmer Allman to discuss a host of Grow Torah related topics, including the value of gardening in education, what to look forward to at YHT's garden, Grow Torah's journey and goals, tips for getting kids to enjoy the outdoors even if you yourself don't, the challenges of practicing an agriculturally-based religion -- like Judaism -- in a society largely disconnected from agriculture, and so much more. Give a listen and send us your thoughts.
