When considering his career choice, Tom Gerberich knew he wanted to impact others. Education, youth ministry and marketing were degrees he was considering. After reflecting on his own upbringing, he considered the impact his youth pastor had on him and wanted to have that same impact on others. He choose youth ministry and loves being apart of kids lives. He loves supporting them during (what can be) difficult years of adolescence.
